JSMSEMI BP6830

BP6830 is a three-phase high-speed power MOSFET driver with 6 channels, supporting a maximum operating voltage of 40V. A high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Logic-compatible CMOS or LSTTL outputs support logic inputs as low as 3.3V. Built-in dead-time functionality prevents high-side shoot-through. BP6830 provides a 10V gate supply voltage for both PMOS and NMOS outputs. To simplify PCB design, BP6830 integrates a 5V/40mA LDO for powering MCUs or other devices. For safety, BP6830 also incorporates thermal shutdown protection. BP6830 is available in a SOP-16 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
