FAN73892 is an N-type high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side three-phase gate driver IC, incorporating three independent half-bridge drive circuits. It integrates undervoltage protection and overcurrent protection functions; any fault condition immediately shuts down all six channel outputs. An external enable control is provided to simultaneously disable all six channel outputs. Overcurrent fault conditions are automatically cleared after an externally programmable delay set by an RC network connected to the RCIN input. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. Available in SOP-28-300mil package, operating over a temperature range of -40 to 125℃.
