Introduction
ESP8684-MINI-1 and ESP8684-MINI-1U are general-purpose Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE modules with a compact form factor and rich peripheral interfaces, suitable for smart home, industrial automation, healthcare, consumer electronics, and other applications. Both modules come in two variants, featuring the ESP8684H2 and ESP8684H4 chips respectively. Both chips belong to the ESP8684 series and are equipped with a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor. The ESP8684 series chips integrate a rich set of peripherals, including UART, I2C, LED PWM controller, general-purpose DMA controller, temperature sensor, and SAR ADC, along with single-wire, dual-wire, and quad-wire SPI interfaces. The key difference between the two chips lies only in the SiP flash size.
