Introduction
NSG2023 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The high-voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability with shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high side, simplifying the peripheral circuitry. The floating channel is designed to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. Offered in an SOIC8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
