A-SC5050ARGBC is an intelligent externally-controlled LED light source that integrates control circuitry with the light-emitting circuit. Its form factor is identical to a standard SMD5050 LED, with each component functioning as a single pixel. Each pixel contains an intelligent digital interface, data latch signal, reshaping amplification drive circuit, power regulation circuit, built-in constant current circuit, high-precision RC oscillator, and output drive circuit, effectively ensuring high color consistency across pixels. The data protocol uses unipolar return-to-zero (RZ) communication. After power-on reset, the DIN pin receives data transmitted from the controller. The first 24-bit data packet is extracted by the first pixel and stored in its internal data latch; the remaining data is reshaped and amplified by the internal reshaping circuit, then forwarded via the DO port to the next cascaded pixel. With each pixel transmission, the signal is reduced by 24 bits. The pixel employs automatic reshaping and forwarding technology, allowing the number of cascaded pixels to be unrestricted by signal transmission integrity — limited only by signal transmission speed requirements.
