Introduction
CR6234 is a high-performance primary-side sensing PWM controller with standby power consumption below 75mW. It incorporates multi-mode control efficiency balancing technology to optimize system standby power consumption and improve efficiency, along with primary inductance compensation and integrated output line voltage compensation to ensure CC/CV output accuracy in mass production. The built-in full-voltage power adaptive compensation ensures constant output power across the full voltage range (90V~264V).
It uses primary-side control, eliminating the need for TL431 and optocouplers.
CR6234 integrates multiple functions and protection features, including UVLO, VDD OVP, soft start, OTP, cycle-by-cycle OCP, CS pin open-circuit protection, output short-circuit protection, and a built-in leading-edge blanking circuit, ensuring high reliability.
