Introduction
G2061 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC, fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process that integrates both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip, with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V; outputs feature high-current pulse capability and shoot-through-prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel can drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. The IC is available in a TSSOP20 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Both high-side and low-side channels are equipped with undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection.
