TMR 2101 is a magnetic switch sensor integrating tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) technology and CMOS technology. It has characteristics such as high precision, high speed, low power consumption, and high sensitivity, and is suitable for magnetic field switch detection in industrial electronics and consumer electronics. The internal circuit of the chip includes a voltage generator, a comparator, a digital logic control module, a threshold trimming module, and a CMOS output circuit.

TMR2101 has a wide operating voltage range and a wide operating temperature range. This series of chips can provide a variety of switching operating frequencies and package forms to adapt to various applications.

TMR2101 is a full-pole magnetic field detection switch that can provide full-pole magnetic response with extremely low current consumption. It detects the magnetic field parallel to the chip package surface. When the magnetic field strength is greater than the operating point (B₀ₚ), the switch outputs a low level; when the magnetic field strength is less than the release point (Bᵣₚ), the switch outputs a high level. The chip can operate in the power supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and uses standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
