TM124MBK36B is a DRAM organized as four banks of 1,048,576 x 9 (the 9th bit is typically used for parity) in a 72-pin leadless SIMM. The SIMM consists of eight TMS44400DJ, each a 1,048,576 x 4-bit DRAM in a 20/26-pin plastic small outline J-lead (SOJ) package, and one TMS44460DJ, a 1,048,576 x 4-bit quad CAS DRAM in a 24/26-pin plastic small outline J-lead (SOJ) package, mounted on a substrate with decoupling capacitors. The TM124MBK36B is available in a single-sided BK leadless module for use in sockets.

The TM124MBK36B offers RAS access times of 60 ns, 70 ns, and 80 ns. The device operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
