Introduction
The ZV series low-voltage multilayer varistors are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from high-voltage surges in low-voltage applications. Thanks to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation, they offer excellent transient energy absorption capability. These low-voltage varistors cover a wide DC operating voltage range of 3 V to 170 V. In addition, the ZV series features independent suppression characteristics, providing stable protection across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. ZV varistors are commonly used for board-level protection of ICs and other components.
