Sensata SSF216XPL

The SSF216 float switch is an externally mounted horizontal switch. It features an extra-long extension length, providing a solution for extra-thick tank walls or installation through a welded 1-inch NPT pipe fitting. The 1-inch NPT thread allows the switch to be installed from the outside through the tank wall, eliminating the need to enter the tank. By simply rotating the switch 180°, the float switch can achieve either normally open (close on rise) or normally closed (close on fall) switching action. Tightening torque should be sufficient to ensure a proper seal.
