The MICRO SWITCH™ EX Series switches feature the smallest UL-listed enclosure available for hazardous locations. The EX Series switch housing is designed to cool expanding gases below the ignition temperature of the surrounding explosive atmosphere. The EX Series is capable of switching up to 20 amperes while providing ample wiring space for easy installation. Single and dual conduit openings are available. The dual conduit opening allows wireway connections for multiple switches. The EX Series can be mounted from all four sides of the switch. Four-sided mounting with optional mounting brackets simplifies installation in most applications. The EX Series offers dual conduit openings on select models, allowing wire threading for connecting multiple switches in a single circuit.
• Wide product and variant selection with multiple actuator styles, including pin plunger and rotary configurations. Switch capacity ranges from 1A for low-energy loads to 20A for most industrial electrical loads.
