The LTC2903–1 monitors up to 4 supply voltages. The common reset output remains low until all 4 inputs have been in agreement for 200ms. Voltage thresholds are maintained to ±1.5% accuracy (relative to the monitored voltage) over the entire operating temperature range. The LTC2903-1 features an open-drain RST output with a weak internal pull-up current source.

The internal supply voltage (VCC) is generated from whichever of the V1/V2 inputs is larger. The RST output is guaranteed to sink at least 5μA (ΔVOL = 0.15V) when V1/V2 or V3 is as low as 0.5V, and can typically conduct current down to 0V. A quiescent current of 20μA (typical) makes the LTC2903-1 an ideal choice for power-sensitive systems. The LTC2903-1 is available in a 6-lead SOT-23 package with a low-profile 1mm height.
