It also continuously senses particulate levels within cleanrooms via air particle sensors, controlling airflow according to particulate levels to maintain an optimal clean environment. In addition, the system features rapid feedback and constant feedback functions to maintain consistent cleanliness while conserving energy. The system further provides an ionized clean environment, with air cleaning units characterized by a compact high-performance design, high-speed dust removal, and a unique dual-fan structure.
