ADI HMC963LC4TR

The HMC963LC4 is a self-biased GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a leadless 4x4 mm ceramic surface mount package. The amplifier operates from 6 to 26.5 GHz and provides 20 dB small signal gain, 2.5 dB noise figure, and +18 dBm output IP3 while drawing only 45 mA from a +3.5 V supply. The +10 dBm P1dB output power enables the LNA to function as an LO driver for balanced, I/Q, or image reject mixers. The HMC963LC4 also features internally matched 50-ohm input/output ports with DC blocking, making it ideal for high-capacity microwave radio and VSAT applications.
