Introduction
The TC74HC00A is a high-speed CMOS 2-input NAND gate fabricated using silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves high-speed operation comparable to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the low power consumption characteristic of CMOS. The internal circuit consists of three stages including buffered outputs, providing high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against electrostatic discharge or transient overvoltage.
