ECS monolithic crystal filters offer very high Q factors along with excellent temperature and aging characteristics. These filters provide narrow and medium bandwidths. Monolithic crystal filters are smaller and more cost-effective than discrete crystal filters. By adding coupling capacitors between two-pole sections, they can be cascaded to achieve four-pole, six-pole, and eight-pole (or higher) filter responses.
