EQCO30R5 is a video equalizer for 3G/HD/SD - SDI video, with speeds up to 2.97 Gbps. It is designed to be a direct replacement for competing video equalizers. In addition to downlink functionality from camera to frame grabber, it can also transmit a 5 Mbps uplink signal from the frame grabber to the camera. Additionally, power can be provided over the same cable using the same chip and a few external components. The device operates with 8B/10B coded signals up to 3.125 Gbps.
