Introduction
CN301 is an ultra-low power voltage detector IC. If the LBI pin voltage falls below the CN301 falling threshold, LBO outputs a low level after a brief delay (typical 20us). If the LBI pin voltage rises above the CN301 rising threshold, LBO outputs a high level after a 60ms delay. This 60ms delay filters out monitor output disturbances caused by noise or certain interference, improving system reliability. The difference between the rising threshold and falling threshold is the hysteresis of the CN301 comparator, which eliminates detection output disturbances caused by noise on the monitored power supply or battery voltage instability due to sudden load changes. CN301 is particularly suitable for monitoring single-cell or multi-cell lithium-ion batteries, multi-cell alkaline batteries, NiCd batteries, NiMH batteries, and multi-cell lead-acid battery voltages.
