MACOM MADL-011021-14150T

MADL-011021 is a lead-free device in a 1.5×1.2 mm TDFN surface-mount plastic package, operating at low and high signal frequencies from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. The anti-parallel configuration of PIN limiter and Schottky diodes delivers broadband performance without requiring a shunt inductor as a DC return path. This device is ideal for high-frequency, low flat-leakage limiter microwave circuit applications requiring high-performance surface-mount diode components.
