Introduction
GBI7254 and GBI7254C are dual-channel high-speed low-side gate drivers capable of providing 5A peak source and sink current with rail-to-rail drive capability for MOSFET, IGBT, and GaN power devices. The devices feature a minimum 14ns input-to-output propagation delay and a 24V supply rail, making them suitable for high-frequency power converter applications. The inputs accept negative voltages as low as -5V to enhance input noise immunity. Wide input hysteresis ensures compatibility with TTL and CMOS low-voltage logic. Each channel employs a non-overlapping driver design to prevent shoot-through in the output stage. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 125℃. GBI7254 and GBI7254C are available in an SOIC-8L package.
