The Luminus Chip-on-Board (COB) LED series delivers complete illumination-grade solutions for high-performance lighting applications. The selection spans a wide lumen range from less than 400lm to over 10,000lm, covers all major color temperatures, and achieves a CRI greater than 97 at 2700K and 3000K, with R9 equal to 95. These breakthroughs enable lighting engineers and designers to develop lighting solutions with the highest efficiency, brightness, and overall quality. Luminus COB LEDs undergo rigorous environmental and mechanical stress testing — including mechanical shock, vibration, thermal cycling, and humidity testing — and only devices that pass these tests qualify for use in a wide range of lighting applications, including some of the most demanding commercial applications. Fully qualified LM80 test data and TM21 lifetime results are also provided, demonstrating lumen maintenance of 35,000 hours or more. In addition, Luminus COB arrays are tested to ANSI/UL 8750 to ensure safe operation in intended applications, and all LED products comply with REACh and RoHS standards, free from hazardous substances including lead and mercury.
