IP5189T is a multifunctional power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, and battery fuel gauge, providing a complete power solution for power banks.
The high integration and rich feature set of IP5189T require minimal external components in application, effectively reducing overall solution size and lowering BOM cost.
IP5189T requires only a single inductor to implement both buck and boost functions, with support for low-cost inductors and capacitors.
IP5189T's synchronous boost system delivers 2.1A output current with conversion efficiency up to ±92%. Under no-load conditions, it automatically enters sleep mode, reducing quiescent current to below 100uA.
IP5189T adopts switching charge technology, providing 2.1A current with charging efficiency up to 91%. Built-in IC temperature and input voltage intelligently regulate charging current.
IP5189T supports customizable battery capacity curves for accurate battery level display, with support for 4, 3, 2, and 1 LED battery indicator and lighting functions.
