Introduction
The AD8622/AD8624 are dual and quad, precision, rail-to-rail output op amps. Supply current per amplifier is only 350 μA (maximum) over the full temperature and supply voltage range. An input bias current cancellation circuit is also included, resulting in very low input bias current over the entire operating temperature range. Typical offset voltage of only 10 μV, offset drift of 0.5 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.2 μVₚ₋ₚ (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) make these amplifiers especially suitable for applications that cannot tolerate large error sources. Many systems can take advantage of their low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing to maximize SNR and dynamic range while achieving low power operation. The devices are rated over the −40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range. The AD8622 is available in lead-free 8-pin SOIC and MSOP packages, and the AD8624 is available in lead-free 14-pin TSSOP and 16-pin LFCSP packages.
