Introduction
The DLC series compact high-resolution sensors are based on All Sensors' CoBeam2 technology. This reduces package stress sensitivity, thereby improving overall long-term stability. This technological breakthrough elevates the state of the art in piezoresistive pressure sensors to levels unattainable using silicon-based strain technology for low-pressure sensing. Design engineers will find that these sensors save significant space in a variety of compact applications while delivering optimal performance.
The low supply voltage allows integration of the sensors into a wide range of process control and measurement systems, as well as direct connection to I2C serial communication channels. The DLC series offers 16-bit digital resolution. The digital interface options facilitate sensor integration into a broad range of process control and measurement systems, allowing direct connection to serial communication channels. For battery-powered systems, the sensor can enter an ultra-low power mode between readings to minimize power consumption.
These calibrated and compensated sensors provide accurate, stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases.
