JSMSEMI IR2101STRPBF-JSM

IR2101S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The high-voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high- and low-side gate drive circuits, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage up to 700V. Packaged in SOP-8, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
