The DRV5013 is a chopper-stabilized Hall effect sensor that provides a magnetic field sensing solution with excellent sensitivity stability and integrated protection features across the operating temperature range. The magnetic field is represented via a digital bipolar latch output. The IC features an open-drain output stage with a sink current capability of 30mA. The device supports a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 38V with reverse-polarity protection up to -22V, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Internal protection is provided against reverse supply conditions, load dump, and output short-circuit or overcurrent.
