HT500X is a low-power, high-performance single-phase energy metering SoC, integrating a 32-bit ARM core, 64K flash, and 4K SRAM on-chip. It features a hardware EMU module with phase-loss anti-tampering capability, a high-precision RTC module with temperature self-compensation, and LCD driving functionality, providing a highly integrated single-chip solution for single-phase multi-function anti-tampering energy meters.
