TI LM2901PWR

The LM339B and LM2901B devices are next-generation versions of the industry-standard LM339 and LM2901 comparator families. These next-generation B-revision comparators offer lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, and lower propagation delay, with improved 2kV ESD performance and input robustness through dedicated ESD clamp diodes. The LM339B and LM2901B are drop-in replacements for the LM239, LM339, and LM2901 ("A" and "V" revisions). All devices contain four independent voltage comparators that operate from a single supply over a wide voltage range. Quiescent current is independent of supply voltage.
