The 74LVC1G97 is a configurable multi-function gate circuit with Schmitt trigger inputs. This device can be configured to any of the following logic functions through a 3-bit input: MUX, AND gate, OR gate, NAND gate, NOR gate, inverter, and buffer. All inputs can be connected to VCC or GND. The inputs can be driven from 3.3 V or 5 V devices, allowing these devices to be used as level shifters in a mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environment. This device fully supports partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuit disables the output to prevent damaging reverse current from flowing through the device when it is powered down.
