The LM385 is a micropower bandgap voltage reference fabricated using bipolar process technology. It delivers a stable reference voltage over an operating current range of 100µA to 20mA, featuring low dynamic impedance and excellent temperature stability. An integrated reference trimming mechanism ensures minimal output voltage tolerance. The bandgap reference architecture, comprising only transistors and resistors, exhibits low noise levels and outstanding long-term stability.

The LM385 is carefully optimized to address potential challenges under varying load conditions, ensuring excellent adaptability to external loads and reliable performance in most voltage reference applications. Its wide dynamic operating range allows the device to maintain superior regulation even under large supply voltage fluctuations.
