The DS90UB953-Q1 serializer is designed to support high-speed raw data sensors, including 2MP imagers at 60fps, 4MP cameras at 30fps, satellite radar, LiDAR, and Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors. The device provides a 4.16Gbps forward channel and an ultra-low-latency 50Mbps bidirectional control channel, with support for power delivery over a single coaxial (PoC) or STP cable. The DS90UB953-Q1 features advanced data protection and diagnostic capabilities to support ADAS and autonomous driving applications. Paired with a companion deserializer, the DS90UB953-Q1 provides precise multi-camera sensor clock synchronization and sensor sync.

The DS90UB953-Q1 is fully AEC-Q100 compliant with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The serializer is housed in a compact 5mm × 5mm VQFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained sensor applications.
