Introduction
Vibration switch HX 0805-OS-H8: When at rest, 100% ON state cannot be guaranteed. Software design should account for signal transitions from high-to-low and low-to-high. Sensitivity for reading and capturing can be adjusted via software settings, and normally-closed current pulses at fixed levels can also be mitigated through software configuration. The sensor forms a detection circuit with a pull-up resistor; the resistor value is determined by the input impedance of the detection circuit. When connected directly to a MCU, set the MCU port to "input" mode. The pull-up resistor value should be in the range of 10K to 10M — select a larger value to minimize quiescent current consumption. When vibration or displacement occurs, the MCU can trigger a wake-up by detecting high/low level transitions, with sensitivity adjustable via software-configured delay settings. This product undergoes strict 100% full inspection before shipment and is tested by fully automated machinery prior to tape-and-reel packaging. As a safety-rated product, 100% conductivity at rest is not guaranteed; however, if the sensor outputs a pulse signal upon slight vibration or displacement, the sensor function is considered normal. During SMT soldering, ensure the surface temperature does not exceed 260℃. Follow SMT soldering procedures and specifications strictly, maintain proper temperature control, and after completion, direct cleaning with solvents or water is strictly prohibited.
