RF-BM-2652P2 is a SimpleLink multi-protocol 2.4GHz high transmit power (+20 dBm) wireless module. The module integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M4F processor for application logic and a dedicated ARM Cortex-M0 processor for the RF core, along with a distinctive 16-bit low-power sensor processing core. It features 352 KB of programmable flash and 80 KB ultra-low leakage RAM (SRAM). Supported wireless protocols include Thread, ZigBee, Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, 6LoWPAN, and Wi-SUN. The module exposes all I/O pins and complies with FCC, CE, and RoHS regulations for RF and EMC, meeting export requirements. An industrial-grade 48 MHz crystal oscillator and a 32.768 kHz low-power clock crystal oscillator are integrated on-board. Multiple peripherals are supported, including I2C, I2S, UART, SPI, ADC, and GPIO.
