Introduction
MS9940T is an analog front-end (AFE) IC supporting 11 to 15 series-connected battery cells. Via I2C, a host controller can use the MS9940T to implement battery pack management functions, including monitoring (cell voltage, pack current, pack temperature), protection (charge/discharge FET control), and cell balancing. Compatible with various battery chemistries such as Li-ion and LiFePO₄. The MS9940T operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
