The product housing is made of PBT UL94V-0 black material, with the insert also in PBT UL94V-0 black material. The shell is plated with 30 micro-inches of nickel over brass (C2680), with a thickness of 0.20mm. The RJ45 terminals are made of phosphor bronze (C5191), 0.30mm thick, with the contact area plated with 30 micro-inches of gold, the soldering area plated with 80~120 micro-inches of tin, and an overall underplating of 50~80 micro-inches of nickel. The tail terminals are made of brass (C2680), 0.35mm thick, with an overall plating of 80~120 micro-inches of tin and an underplating of 30~50 micro-inches of nickel. The product is manufactured using a lead-free process and complies with RoHS standards. At 25°C, the minimum inductance is 350μH (at 8mA DC bias), insertion loss is max -1dB from 1-100MHz, return loss is min -18dB from 1-30MHz, min -16dB from 30-60MHz, min -12dB from 60-80MHz, common mode rejection has specified requirements from 1-100MHz, and crosstalk is min -30dB from 1-100MHz. The operating temperature range is -40°C ~ +85°C, and the storage temperature range is -40°C ~ +85°C.
