The LoRa126X wireless module is designed around Semtech's SX126X chip, featuring a high-precision crystal oscillator, ultra-low receive current and sleep current, and -148dBm sensitivity. The built-in 64KHz crystal oscillator enables timed wake-up of the MCU under low-power conditions. The antenna switch is controlled by the chip's integrated circuitry, saving external MCU resources. Its compact form factor combined with 22dBm (160mW) output power offers significant advantages in IoT and battery-powered applications. The LoRa126X is manufactured and tested using a strictly lead-free process, compliant with RoHS and REACH standards. The LoRa1262-868 has obtained CE certification, and the LoRa1262-915 has obtained FCC certification. Customers can reference these certifications during system-level certification, significantly saving time and reducing costs.
