This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The rated voltage is 125V AC/DC, rated current is 2A AC/DC, withstanding voltage is 200V AC/min, maximum contact resistance is 50mΩ, and minimum insulation resistance is 100MΩ. Storage temperature range is -40℃~+85℃, operating temperature range is -25℃~+85℃. Applicable ambient temperature is -25℃~+85℃, applicable wire gauge is AWG#28~#22, and applicable PCB thickness is 1.2~1.6mm. Product surfaces shall be free from defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, coating oxidation, or peeling, and identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Regarding packaging, plastic parts shall be inner-packed in plastic bags, terminals shall be inner-packed in reel tape packaging, with a certificate of conformity enclosed (or affixed) indicating product name, specifications/model, quantity, and date of manufacture; outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list affixed indicating product name, specifications/model, quantity, and shipment date, with products secured against movement inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but products must be protected from moisture and mechanical damage. During storage, packaged connectors shall be kept in a warehouse with ambient temperature of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and surrounding air free from acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases.
