Introduction
The XC6232 series is a high-accuracy, low-dropout, low-current three-terminal step-down voltage regulator. It supports input voltages up to 10V and delivers high output current with excellent regulation performance even at minimum dropout voltage. It integrates a high-accuracy voltage reference and overcurrent protection for the output power transistor. The enable pin EN controls the chip's standby mode, significantly reducing quiescent current consumption, making it particularly suitable for battery-powered applications with stringent runtime requirements. Available packages include SOT23, SOT23-5, SOT89, and DFN1X1-4.
