This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). Technical requirements are as follows:

1. Appearance/plating: surface shall be bright with no stains or scratches.
2. Geometry: burrs ≤0.03mm, no deformation, continuous and evenly aligned, with wire press chamfers and reinforcing ribs, terminal markings clearly legible. Unspecified tolerances per GB1800 IT12 grade. Mating force: 6–7 N.
3. Operating conditions:
   • Ambient temperature: -25℃~+85℃
   • Applicable wire gauge: AWG#28~#22
   • Applicable PCB thickness: 1.2~1.6mm
4. Appearance and dimensions:
   • Product surface shall be free of defects, dirt, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling.
   • Outline dimensions per attached drawings.
   • Same specifications shall be interchangeable.
5. Packaging, transportation, and storage:
   • Packaging: plastic parts inner packaging in plastic bags; terminal inner packaging in reel tape-and-reel format; include (or affix) a certificate of conformance indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and production date; outer packaging in cartons with packing list affixed, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not shift inside the carton.
   • Transportation: any transportation method is permitted; keep dry and protect from mechanical damage.
   • Storage: assembled connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
