This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). Applicable conditions are as follows: ambient temperature -25℃ to +85℃, applicable wire gauge AWG#22~#28, applicable PC board thickness 1.2~2.0mm. The product surface shall be free of defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling. Dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings; identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Plastic parts shall be inner-packaged in plastic bags; terminals shall be inner-packaged in reel tape-and-reel format, with a quality certificate enclosed indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and production date. Outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list attached, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipment date; products shall not shift inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted; protect from moisture and mechanical damage. Packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -10℃ to +40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
