Introduction
COS388 (single), COS2388 (dual), and COS4388 (quad) are low-noise, zero-drift, zero-crossover precision op-amps that operate from a 2.5V to 7.0V single supply or ±1.25V to ±3.5V dual supply. The COSx388 family employs chopper-stabilization technology to deliver ultra-low offset voltage (50µV maximum) and near-zero temperature drift. Despite low quiescent current, the COSx388 family offers excellent overall performance and versatility. They feature rail-to-rail input and output ranges, with output voltage swing extending to within 1mV of each supply rail, providing maximum output dynamic range and excellent overload recovery. The COSx388 family is unity-gain stable with a gain-bandwidth product of 9MHz (typical). These characteristics make the devices ideal for driving high-precision ADCs or buffering high-resolution DAC outputs.
