Introduction
CS5765NG is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase BLDC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power motor drive applications such as fan motors. It integrates 6 fast-recovery IGBTs and 3 half-bridge HVIC gate driver circuits. An internal undervoltage protection circuit provides excellent protection and fail-safe operation. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the current of each phase can be sensed individually. The CS5765NG provides a temperature sense output port, and internally integrated bootstrap diodes simplify the peripheral circuitry.
