This specification applies to the 2.0mm single-row strip connector series, covering product performance, test methods, and inspection requirements. Applicable standards include GB/T2421 (Environmental Testing for Electrotechnical Products, Part 1: General), GB/T2423 (Environmental Testing Methods for Electrotechnical Products), GB/T2424 (Environmental Testing Guidelines for Electrotechnical Products), and GB/T5095 (Basic Testing Procedures and Measuring Methods for Electromechanical Components for Electronic Equipment). Operating conditions: ambient temperature -25℃ to +85℃, applicable wire gauge AWG#28~#32, applicable PCB thickness 0.6~1.2mm. Product surfaces shall be free of defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage detrimental to the product; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling. Dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings, and identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Regarding packaging: terminals are inner-packaged in reel tape form, housings are inner-packaged in plastic bags, pin headers are packaged in reels or bags; a certificate of conformance shall be included, indicating product name, specifications, quantity, and production date. Outer packaging is in cartons with a packing list attached, stating product name, specifications, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not rattle inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but products must be protected from direct rain, snow, and sunlight, and shall not be subject to impact or compression during transit; transportation ambient temperature is -20℃ to +50℃. Storage requirements: packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -20℃ to +40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air. Shelf life is 6 months; products exceeding 6 months require re-inspection.
