This specification applies to the 2.0mm single-row strip connector series, covering product performance, test methods, and inspection requirements. Product surfaces shall be clean and free from rust, oxidation, cracks, missing cores, burrs, and other mechanical damage. The plastic material is high-temperature-resistant polyester in natural color. Contact pins are brass with tin plating; solder tabs are brass with tin plating. Operating temperature range: -25℃~+85℃; applicable wire gauge: AWG#28~#32; applicable PCB thickness: 0.6~1.2mm. Product surfaces shall be free from defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage harmful to the product. Contacts shall show no rust, plating oxidation, or peeling. Outline dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings. Units of the same specification shall be interchangeable. Terminals are packaged in tape-and-reel format for inner packaging; housings are packaged in plastic bags for inner packaging; connector bases are packaged in reel or bag format. Each package shall include a certificate of conformance indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and production date. Outer packaging is in cartons with a packing list attached, indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date. Products shall not shift inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, but products must be protected from direct rain, snow, and sunlight, and shall not be subjected to mechanical damage such as impact or compression. Transportation environment temperature: -20℃~+50℃. Packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with ambient temperature -20℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and no acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air. Shelf life is 6 months; re-inspection is required beyond 6 months.
