This product integrates a 32-bit RISC-V processor supporting the RV32-IMAFDCBP instruction set, with a DSP unit, SIMD and DSP instruction support, 32KB L1 instruction and data caches each, and 128KB instruction and data local memories each. On-chip integration includes 544KB SRAM, 1MB flash, 4096-bit OTP, and 128KB BOOT ROM. It features a real-time Ethernet system supporting EtherCAT slave controller and Gigabit Ethernet. The device offers multiple power management schemes, various low-power modes, multiple clock sources and PLLs. It provides an external memory interface, motion control peripherals, rich timer resources, multiple communication interfaces, high-performance analog peripherals, abundant GPIOs, and information security features.
