Leave 1 PCS empty at both the beginning and end of each reel, and seal the tail with masking tape; after filling the reel with product, wind one additional round of protective tape, seal it with masking tape, and affix 1 PCS material label; stack every 10 reels into 1 pile totaling 3,000 PCS and pack into 1 outer carton; handle with care during transportation; do not stack excessively during transit (maximum height 1.8M), and do not apply heavy pressure; finished product cartons must undergo a drop test from a free-fall height of 1.2 meters (one corner, three edges, six faces), with requirements that products must not fall out of the carrier tape pockets, must show no impact damage or deformation, and inner packaging materials must not be severely damaged.
