NS4110B is a 20W mono Class AB/D switchable audio power amplifier with differential input, ultra-low EMI, and no output filter required. The operating mode can be controlled via different voltage levels on the CTRL pin: 2.0V–5.0V sets the chip to Class D mode, 0.9V–1.5V sets it to Class AB mode, and below 0.5V the chip shuts down — offering flexible and convenient application. NS4110B employs advanced technology to significantly reduce EMI across the full bandwidth, minimizing interference with other external components. The filterless PWM output architecture reduces external component count, PCB area, and system cost. At a supply voltage of 12V, NS4110B delivers up to 18W output power into a 4Ω load, with efficiency exceeding 90%, making it well-suited for portable audio systems. NS4110B features built-in overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage protection to safeguard the chip against damage under abnormal operating conditions. NS4110B is available in an eSOP-8 package with a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
