Introduction
LM13700MX - TP consists of two current-controlled transconductance amplifiers, each with differential inputs and push-pull outputs. The two amplifiers share a common power supply but operate independently. Linearizing diodes are provided at the inputs to reduce distortion and allow higher input levels. This results in a 10 dB improvement in signal-to-noise ratio relative to 0.5% THD. High-impedance buffers are also provided, specially designed to complement the dynamic range of the amplifiers. The output buffers of this device differ from those of other devices in that the input bias current (and output DC level) is independent of I_ABC. This may result in superior performance compared to other devices in audio applications.
