Introduction
The INA282 family, which includes the INA282, INA283, INA284, INA285, and INA286 devices, are voltage-output current shunt monitors capable of sensing voltage drops across a shunt over a common-mode voltage range of -14V to +80V, independent of the supply voltage. The zero-drift architecture's low offset enables current sensing with a full-scale maximum voltage drop across the shunt as low as 10mV. This current shunt monitor operates from a +2.7V to +18V supply, consuming a maximum supply current of 900μA. It operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in an SOIC-8 package.
